A relaxed cruise
Give everyone somewhere comfortable to sit and move between shade, an indoor lounge and an open deck. If conversation matters most, one shared gathering area may be more useful than several smaller spaces.
A meal on the water
Start with the number of people who need seats at the same time. Published passenger capacity does not tell you how many can dine at a table. Ask for the proposed meal layout before choosing a boat.
A celebration
A cake table, host, decorations or DJ equipment takes space. Describe those plans with the guest count so the proposed yacht can accommodate both the people and the event setup.

Count every guest before comparing boats

Include children in the headcount and tell us if anyone needs help with boarding, steps or moving between decks. If your list may grow, give us the likely final number. A boat that fits the first invitation list can become the wrong choice when extra guests join.

Keep daytime guests and overnight guests separate. A vessel can carry more people on a cruise than it can accommodate for sleeping. Cabin count also leaves questions about the bed layout and which rooms guests may use during a day charter.

Share the date, preferred departure time and hours on board. Flexible dates help us consider alternatives, but the boat and exact charter window still need confirmation.
Choose the main use
Tell us whether the trip centres on sightseeing, a meal, swimming or an event. One clear priority makes it easier to recommend a route and a practical layout.
Review the proposal
Compare the named yacht, guest limit, boarding point, inclusions and total price. A larger boat is useful only if the extra space serves your plans.
