On board Stardom
Three decks give Stardom distinct settings for a day aboard: a main lounge, a dining area seating 12 and a sky lounge with its own bar. There are also sunbathing beds and a Jacuzzi for time between meals and cruising. This 140ft yacht takes up to 100 daytime guests, while her five cabins accommodate up to ten overnight. Keep those numbers separate when arranging a reception with a smaller group staying afterwards. A welcome, a meal and an evening on deck can all form part of the same occasion, with the programme shaped around the spaces each part needs.
A table for twelve within a larger event
Stardom's 12-seat dining area lends itself to a family lunch or hosted dinner, but it cannot define the meal arrangement for a full-capacity gathering. The sky lounge offers another setting for the occasion. If your party is larger, agree where food will be served and which seating will be used. The sky deck includes seating and event lighting; work any music or entertainment into that layout before deciding where decorations and additional equipment belong. These choices should follow the number attending each part.

Plan the transition to an overnight stay
Give separate headcounts for the daytime event and the guests who would like to remain aboard, including when everyone else expects to leave. Stardom's five cabins accommodate up to ten overnight guests, subject to the charter agreed for your dates; this is distinct from her daytime capacity. Dubai Harbour is the departure area given for the yacht. Coordinate arrival, departure and the overnight itinerary together, paying particular attention to onward transport if the event will finish after guests' usual travel arrangements end.
